For your first visit, please arrive early to fill out paperwork and health information. We will also send you the forms electronically to fill out ahead of time, but we will still need a little extra time to get to know your current health and medications.
We will help with coordinating your insurance claims, so you don’t have to worry about that. We work with many insurance providers to directly bill them, and are familiar with their policies, so we can help you get the maximum potential coverage.
Our Toronto Smile Centre team understands that you may feel nervous about coming to the dentist, especially if it is your first time with us. You might be wondering what to expect. We will take time to answer any of your questions, address any concerns, and keep you informed. We’ll always consult with you fully before starting a treatment or developing a treatment plan, making sure you fully understand it and are comfortable. Our relaxed atmosphere will make you feel at home!
If you have a dental phobia or have other concerns, let us know. We can offer sedation for any of our procedures, for those that are extremely anxious, are unable to remain still, have strong gag reflexes, or other concerns. We can also break up treatments into shorter segments, or find other ways to accommodate your needs.
